Terms of Service

Terms of Service & Freight Carriage Agreement

**Effective Date:** January 1, 2025

By booking a shipment, requesting an estimate, or utilizing our tracking platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and Conditions of Carriage.

1. Shipment Acceptance & Accurate Declarations

  • The shipper guarantees that all descriptions of goods, package dimensions, weights, and declared values provided are complete and accurate.
  • Shippers are solely responsible for ensuring that goods comply with international shipping regulations, export restrictions, and safety packaging standards.

    • 2. Prohibited & Hazardous Cargo

    Hazardous, flammable, explosive, counterfeit, or prohibited materials cannot be accepted without prior written declaration and certified compliance with applicable dangerous goods transport protocols. Undeclared prohibited cargo is subject to immediate rejection and confiscation by regulatory authorities.

    3. Delivery & Transit Estimates

    Transit times, delivery schedules, and estimated arrival milestones are target schedules and are not guaranteed timeframes unless an express guaranteed service level has been formally contracted in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather, labor actions, or force majeure events.

    4. Carrier Liability & Valuation

  • Standard carrier liability is limited as specified under applicable international conventions (e.g., Warsaw/Montreal Convention for air freight, CMR for road freight, Hague-Visby Rules for ocean freight).
  • Shippers desiring comprehensive coverage must purchase secondary cargo insurance prior to transit dispatch.

    • 5. Claims & Notice Period

    All claims for lost, damaged, or pilfered cargo must be notified in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery (or within 21 days of scheduled delivery in cases of complete non-arrival). Formal written supporting documentation, inspection photos, and original commercial invoices are required for claim evaluation.
